My family has been in the wine business for over 5 generations. Beginning on the Mediterranean island of Sicily and continuing to America in the 1940’s, this is but the most recent incarnation of our involvement in fine wine. I am at least the sixth generation and the seventh has just begun. Wine is in our blood.
I founded Carini Winery in 2000 with a mission to create the finest and most unique wines in the world. I am not attempting to replicate anything; my intent is to craft wines that are completely distinct and more profound than anything you’ve ever tasted. The foundation of my endeavor is to acquire ripe fruit from only the finest and most nurtured vineyards in California. I carefully choose the vineyards taking into consideration soil, exposure, climate, grape variety, farming practices and history.
I invite your interest. These wines are the realization of many years of dreams and hard work and I look forward to sharing them with you.
